Shipping Terms

Our products are for people 21 years or older, and we do not ship to minors. At times an adult signature may be required upon delivery

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

OneStopPipeShop offers free shipping on all orders $50+ within the continental United States. We use USPS and UPS for all shipping. Orders with Free Shipping are usually sent via USPS 1st Class or UPS, and typically arrive within 5-9 business days (following the date the order was placed). If you pay an additional fee for expedited shipping, we’ll refund your shipping cost if the order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed time frame. Please note the delivery time frame does not include weekends, holidays nor the date the order was placed.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure that you choose to have your order delivered to a safe and secure location. We are not responsible for replacing items or packages that show as delivered by the Shipping Company. We do everything we can to make sure that our shipping ensures fast, accurate delivery. Unfortunately, there’s been an increase in package thefts in some areas and we want to make sure that you do not have that issue!

International Orders:

International Shipping rates start at $21.95 for International First Class, and $27.95 for International Priority Mail.

Handling & Processing Time:

Our orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days following the date that we receive the order and expedited shipping orders are usually shipped the following business day from order placement. If for any reason we’re unable to meet this processing timeline, we’ll contact you with an update. Please Note! It is important that we have an accurate email and phone number to reach you.

Orders are shipped on weekdays, Monday through Friday. We don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday, so an order placed after noon CST on Friday will not be reviewed until Monday.

Please note, it can take the shipping provider up to 24 to 48 hours to update the status with a tracking number.

Discreet Packaging:

We ship all orders in plain cardboard boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of the awesome treasures hiding inside. We do everything we can to ensure your package is discreet. It will not read headshop or anything like that anywhere on the outside of your package. “1StopPipe” will, however, appear on your credit card statement. The credit card processor requires this, sorry!

Items That Are Broken Due to Shipping:

We are expert shippers and do everything we can to ensure your product arrives at your door in the exact same condition it leaves our fulfillment center. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, we will replace it with the same piece or an equivalent one that has been agreed upon between you and us, OneStopPipeShop.

In order to do that we need the following please:

  • A photograph of the item damaged in shipping

  • A photo of the packaging that the product was shipped in

  • Don’t throw anything away! We may need to request that it be returned to us.

We need these sent to our support team (Support at before a return package will be sent out. We must be informed of the break within 3 (three) days of the package delivery.

If your item is damaged, we will work to get you a replacement as fast as we possibly can!

Items Returned to Sender:

In the event your package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged the cost of the shipping for the reshipping.

If your package was returned to the sender, please contact Support Team to process a re-shipment via email. Don’t forget to include your order number in the Subject line so we can quickly follow up.

Incorrect Address Provided:

In the event the Ship To address you provided to us is incorrect, please contact the Shipping company with your tracking number and request that the order be rerouted to the accurate address.  All charges associated with that will be your responsibility.

If your package was returned to sender, please contact the Support Team to process a re-shipment via email. Don’t forget to include your order number in the Subject line so we can quickly follow up

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package you will need to contact your local USPS, UPS or FedEx branch to resolve the issue.
